Browsing, leaving messages, adding customer service, subscribing to info constitutes full acceptance of this policy.
I. Info Collected
(A) Voluntarily submitted:
- Emails, messaging accounts, message texts via WhatsApp, site messages, email communications.
- Nicknames, contact info, corporate materials, evidence screenshots for submissions, partnerships, rights protection.
- Optional info for platform subscription activities (not mandatory, does not affect basic browsing).
(B) Automatically collected non-identifying technical data when visiting sgxetf.asia:
- Device info: model, OS, browser, device identifier.
- Access logs: IP, time, page path, click behavior, dwell time, referrer.

IV. Sharing & Disclosure
No commercial sale of any user info. Only three compliant sharing scenarios:
1. With your separate written consent, synchronize submitted content to partner finance platforms.
2. In accordance with PRC and Singapore laws, judicial/regulatory formal documents.
3. In case of merger, acquisition, asset transfer, data transferred with assets; successor must comply with this policy; change of use requires new consent.

- Deletion: request deletion of all personal data anytime, completed within 15 business days.

- Complaint: feedback within 7 business days; domestic users may appeal to cyberspace authority, Singapore users to PDPA data protection body.
VI. Minor Protection
Site targets adult cross-border investors; does not provide overseas stock investment services to those under 18. Minors should not submit personal info; guardians may contact us to delete any records found.
VII. Policy Updates
